Keep Well Furnace
There’s no better way to start the week than a good blether, some gentle exercise and a session of Tai Chi to send you on your way relaxed and ready to take on the world.
An informal group, we meet at 11.00 in the Village Hall every Monday morning. The sessions have proved so popular that we currently have a waiting list, but don’t despair – we are planning to find a good time to create a second session.
Many thanks to our funders – Furnace Community Council and the Mid Argyll Health and Wellbeing Network, who have helped to equip this popular group with exercise bands, balls and pom poms.
Watch out for other activities coming up, including day trips and events with other groups when there willbe room for non-members to join in.
